How do I make an order?

Once you have chosen an item, you can either click “Buy it Now” or “Add to Cart”, and then follow the steps indicated. You will then be provided with shipping and payment options, and then click “Checkout”.

What are my payment options?

Option 1: Bank transfer (online) or deposit (over-the-counter) thru BDO. Bank details will be provided upon checkout.

Option 2: Cash-on-Delivery (COD)

Option 3: Paypal or Credit card

Option 4: GCASH

Where do you ship?

We ship to most locations in the Philippines thru different couriers.

We do not ship internationally yet.

How much does shipping cost, and how long will it take to deliver my order?

Metro Manila: P100.00

Shipping usually takes 2-3 working days if payment thru bank, paypal or card.

For COD, shipping may take 3-5 working days.

Provincial: P 180.00

Shipping usually takes 4-7 working days (within Luzon), 5-10 days (Visayas, Mindanao).

Please note that occasionally there may be courier delays beyond our control, ie, delays due to natural calamities, shipping overload (ex: sale periods), and seasonal events (ex: Christmas, Valentines). Rest assured however that you will always have a way to track your package via the provided tracking details.

For rush deliveries, please contact us thru the messenger icon at the bottom right of this page. Special rates will apply based on the mode of transport and urgency.

What about returns or refunds?

Only unused defective items can be returned. Please notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the item/s for the return/refund to be considered. Once we receive back the product, please allow 1-2 weeks to process any replacement or refund.
